Mosquito Artery Forceps Straight 15 cm

Straight Halsted-Mosquito vascular forceps 15 cm medical are used to temporarily close the lumen of a blood vessel. The handle with a lock ensures a certain stopping of blood flow during the resection of blood vessels.

Mosquito forceps are atraumatic clamps, which means that they have a special groove (serration) on their surface, thanks to which they protect tissues (e.g. intestinal tissue, stomach) from damage during jaw clamping.
