The Hemingway bone spoon set with an ergonomic handle  contains four oval tooth socket spoons  measuring 3 mm, 3.5 mm and 4 mm . The set consists of double-sided surgical spoons, bent with sharply ground, deep working parts. Bone spoons are used to remove granulation tissue from the tooth socket, to peel out inflammatory changes as well as to get rid of broken parts of the tooth and interradicular septum. Product description and its advantages :

The surgical alveolar curette is used for revision of the tooth socket, scraping of bony protrusions, smoothing out sharp bony edges resulting from tooth extraction and extraction of pathologically changed tissues, e.g. sequestrum, granuloma, cyst.
